Scope of Work :
At Unit-4 and Unit-5 Areas;
• Inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of crusher jaws
• Maintenance of the front and rear drums, inspection and
replacement of bearing housings, replacement of star gears,
maintenance of the tension drum drive wheels, inspection and
replacement of the tension drum hydraulic pistons, inspection and
replacement of worn ash conveyor pallets, inspection and
replacement of the side support wheels that carry the pallets,
inspection and replacement of the pins connecting the pallets to the
chains, inspection of the pallet side guide plates and replacement
by cutting and welding new ones if deformed, complete renewal of
the chain guides located on the side body, and inspection and
renewal of the support profiles located underneath the pallets
• In the slag crusher: inspection and replacement of bearing
housings, renewal of the fixed and movable jaws inside the unit,
maintenance of the shear valves mounted on it, repair of worn
internal surfaces, inspection and replacement of the drive chain,
inspection and replacement of the drive sprocket, and replacement
of the worn plates at the crusher's inlet and outlet ducts
• In the bucket elevator: maintenance of the upper and lower drums,
inspection and replacement of bearing housings, replacement of
star gears, inspection and replacement of the drive chain, general
maintenance of the chains carrying the buckets and complete
replacement if necessary, inspection and replacement of the
buckets, inspection of the discharge pipe to the silo and repair of
worn surfaces, reinforcement of the elevator body frame, and
replacement of the worn guide plates inside the body
• Complete replacement of the fabric compensator located above the
hopper area, with one side measuring 19,281.3 mm in length and a
total perimeter of 46 meters, including the internal steel guide plates
